Belichick Would ‘Prefer’ if Brady Stayed

There are many within the New England Patriots organization that want Tom Brady back in the fold. The most notable name who supports a Brady return coming out of Foxboro today, is head coach Bill Belichick.

Belichick’s preference as reported by Tom E. Curran, is to have the six-time Super Bowl champion return to his team, but for the right price.

The Patriots have options at quarterback whether it be pursuing Teddy Bridgewater, drafting a signal caller, or going forward with Jarrett Stidham. However if you were to ask the Foxboro faithful their opinions, giving Brady an extension all the while supplying him with weapons, is the best way to proceed.

Brady is set to hit free agency on March 18.
