Seufert’s Final 2021 NFL Mock Draft

The NFL Draft is finally here, even though it feels like NFL Draft season all year. For the second year in a row, draft meetings and film room sessions were all virtual. Although there will be fans and the picks will be televised somewhere other than Rodger Goodell’s basement, there is still that interesting dynamic between the teams and the players.

UFC 251: Jorge Masvidal vs Kamaru Usman: Main Card Preview, Predictions, Bets

We kick off our first Fight Island series in Abu Dhabi with three title fights on the main card. There is no better fighting in the world than what you will see on this fight card. We have Masvidal and Usman, which could literally turn into a street fight in the hotel or Paige Vanzant who is fighting for a new contract. Or lack thereof, as she demands higher pay. There are story lines, big names and they’re all on an island. This should be epic!

Team Award Predictions: New York Jets

The 2019 season was one to forget for the New York Jets. The team was killed by injuries on both sides of the ball. Big time free agent acquisition C.J. Mosley was limited to just two games while Sam Darnold missed three games with Mononucleosis. The offensive line was awful but thankful the Jets spent a lot of money in free agency and their first-round pick on upgrading the unit. Hopefully, the Jets are better in year two under Adam Gase.

UFC on ESPN 12: Poirier vs Hooker | Preview, Predictions, Bets

Exciting card with a lot of showcase talent to wrap up our UFC Apex series before the UFC begins the trip to Fight Island in Abu Dhabi. There may not be a ton of names you recognize but this should be a banger of a fight card. I’m just still so happy I have a sport to watch and wrapping up this UFC Apex series hopefully means we will be a little closer to normalcy.

Team Award Predictions: Miami Dolphins

For the first time in years, it seems like the Miami Dolphins have an identity. Brian Flores may seem reserved on the outside but his burning desire to win should be unquestioned. Flores is also in a unique spot because the second half of the 2019 season really proved he can rally a group. I think he’s going to get the full three to five years that it takes to build a football culture. With guys like Byron Jones and Kyle Van Noy stepping into big roles for Miami, I expect the defense to move forward dramatically.

Team Award Predictions: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers went 8-8 during the 2019 season and it is probably the most impressive 8-8 record I’ve ever seen, I’m not kidding. This team was crippled by the quarterback play of Devlin Hodges and Mason Rudolph. The defense dragged this team to eight wins by forcing turnovers and scoring points. It was seriously impressive and if this defense can do the same for Ben Roethlisberger, I see no reason why this team can’t return the playoffs.

UFC on ESPN 11: Blaydes vs Volkov | Preview, Predictions, Bets

Keep the cards coming, Dana! Last week we watched what we thought would be an uninspiring card that quickly turned into inspiring, after a handful of first-round knockouts to start off the night. We saw a couple legitimate female prospects showcase their talents in Mariya Agapova and Julia Avila. It was a fun night but this card, however, is absolutely inspiring on paper. I think we are in for a good night.

Team Award Predictions: Baltimore Ravens

It’s super bowl or bust for the Baltimore Ravens in 2020. They have the reigning MVP and added talents to all parts of their roster. The only way you improve off of a 14-2 season is by making that super bowl appearance, but one game at a time has to be the motto. There’s a ton of hype surrounding this team, many thanks to Lamar Jackson. It’s important they acknowledge that and continue to put him in the best position to win. I love this Ravens in 2020, and I know you do too.

Team Award Predictions: Washington Redskins

Out goes Bruce Allen and an entirely new regime comes in. After Allen left, it seems like things have been pretty quiet, well except for Trent Williams, which was Allen’s fault to begin with. Redskins fans have been patient but aggressive, and I understand the restlessness. It’s time for us to kick our feet up and watch a true rebuild. Whether this regime rises or falls, it’ll certainly be a breath of fresh air compared to Jay Gruden and Greg Manusky. Let’s just enjoy it!

UFC on ESPN 10: Eye vs Calvillo | Preview, Predictions, Bets

This is such an uninspiring card, but there are some good fights at the top of the card. It’s so difficult to make good fight cards right now due to the travel limitations, and some people just don’t want to fight during this global pandemic. With that being said, a fight card is a fight card and come Saturday, I’m sure I’ll be up and excited about it.
