It’s time to continue identifying the 100 best players in football. Nos. 100 through 91 were discussed in the previous installment, and the series started with 21 players who will be in the 2022 version of this list.
Dozens of quarterbacks played in 2020. From league MVP Aaron Rodgers to the poor Kendall Hinton, the quarterback spectrum spanned a large gap. Noticing the best quarterback is a difficult science. Outside of exceeding rare cases, a bevy of quarterbacks leads the NFL in stats.
For fantasy purposes, Baltimore added three players into the fray. Sammy Watkins came over from Kansas City in free agency while Rashod Bateman and Tylan Wallace were added in the draft.
The third year of the Lamar Jackson era was not without its troubles. Baltimore fell from its perch atop the AFC North with an 11-5 record, but the Ravens were able to secure their first playoff win since 2014, exacting revenge on the Tennessee Titans. However, Baltimore once again fell in the divisional round of the playoffs, this time losing to the Buffalo Bills.
