2020-2021 NBA Season Predictions
The NBA season is a week away and everyone is looking at their season projections. Here are my predictions for the season.
The NBA season is a week away and everyone is looking at their season projections. Here are my predictions for the season.
A team that is stuck in mediocrity is one of the saddest appeals in sports. Teams that can not seem to make up their minds on whether they want to tank or contend. These teams usually find themselves just missing the playoffs or getting knocked out immediately. Therefore, they’re usually selecting mid-first round in the NBA Draft each year.
The third tier of the NBA are teams that have playoff ambitions. These teams are not gonna have an easy road to the playoffs nor will they be considered contenders in the NBA. However, the chances of these teams filling out the rest of the playoff bracket are high.
The NBA is filled with uncertainties. Every team has the capability to ruin everyone’s predictions. Just as the Oklahoma City Thunder had done last season. Nothing is guaranteed in the NBA. However, there are always a few teams that will be guaranteed a playoff spot because of their roster.
The NBA season is fast approaching. Most teams have done their duty to build the best roster for the upcoming season. Free agency and the draft have come and gone, and there has been a major shake-up to the landscape of the NBA.
The NBA season is two weeks away with the first games premiering December 22nd. The Boston Celtics will have their season opener the following day against the Milwaukee Bucks. Boston is assigned to one of the Christmas day games against the Brooklyn Nets. This game will be the return of Kyrie Irving to Boston since his departure.
The Boston Celtics have made moves within the past few days, some good, some questionable. Boston had looming questions heading into free agency. After a successful draft, the team still had some holes to fill and other positions to solidify.
The Boston Celtics have now officially locked up their future for the next five years. For the next five seasons, the Celtic forward will be staying in Boston on a max contract extension. The deal is worth $195 million.
The NBA Draft is now officially over, as the NBA held yet another thrilling and emotional year of rookies being drafted. The Boston Celtics had four draft picks this time around to hopefully fill in the holes on their roster. Going into the 2020 draft, the Celtics had picks 14, 26, 30, and 47. Three first-round picks and a second round.
The 2020 NBA draft is now in the books, as the rookies will head to their new teams. This year’s draft was hard to predict as many had no idea to whom would land where. Unless you are Adrian Wojnarowski, this year’s draft class was hard to predict.
On noon Monday, the NBA began the off-season as they allowed teams to start processing trades. Before Monday, the Oklahoma City Thunder had been shopping all-star Chris Paul and found a potential suitor in Phoenix.
Russell Westbrook requested a trade from the Houston Rockets a few days ago. Just hours after his request, the Los Angeles Clippers showed interest in the former MVP point guard.
