Newsome’s agility, field vision, and certain routes provide a solid base for a starting slot wide receiver at the next level. Is Newsome that talented, or is he just a beneficiary of the scheme and weapons around him?

The explosive plays, consistent fear factor, and elite physical tools combine to create one of the most dangerous prospects in this draft, if not in the past few drafts.
Senior Bowl standout! Keith Taylor has been pushed beneath the likes of Byron Murphy Jr. and Elijah Molden’s spotlights for years. He made a major showing at the Senior Bowl, where he had several good reps in 1 on 1 drills as well as in the game itself. With his insane length, Taylor could be a lucrative prospect for teams wanting a high ceiling day 2 or 3 impact player. Can lightning strike twice and produce 2 solid cornerbacks for Washington in this draft?
Elijah Molden has been haunting the Pac-12 since his true freshman year. No matter the position he plays, Molden can make a noticeable impact on the field. In man coverage, zone coverage, press coverage of any kind, or in the run game, he shows up big time. With the need for cheap corners especially this season, the demand is greater than ever.
Big riser alert! Christian Darrisaw came out of nowhere this year, posting an amazing 95.6 PFF grade to finish off his true junior year. Does he live up to the hype?
Athletic freak alert! Tyson Campbell has all of the tangibles one could ask for. He has size, solid speed, great recovery skills, and solid ball skills. With all of these traits, can he be a first-round prospect?
Pick-six machine! Eric Stokes is another highlight-reel player in the 2021 NFL Draft class. However, for every flashy play, there is at least one unnecessary blatant penalty. Either he will be the next lockdown corner or he will be a serious liability.
Turn on the highlight tape because Seth Williams will be a joy to watch every time. Grab the popcorn, kick back, and relax. The hype is buzzing about this unique prospect, but there appear to be some major flaws that might hinder his success in the NFL. Can he overcome these? Are they fixable? It is time to find out.
Shi Smith is a true highlight-reel player. His acrobatic catches are rivaled by few, and the select few routes he is comfortable doing are dangerous. There is an enormous amount of hype on this player, especially with his Senior Bowl aggressive catch; however, there are plenty of red flags that might warrant taking the foot off the gas a little bit. Is the hype legitimate or just buzz?
Small school stud alert! D’Wayne Eskridge sneakily rose up draft boards the more scouts watched smaller school prospects. He is a former cornerback. The transition is fairly common, but it usually consists of wide receivers transitioning to cornerback. Why is this important? He knows everything they will try to do to him, and that is high-level knowledge, especially from a small school prospect.
With names like Brian Urlacher being thrown around, Zaven Collins has attracted the attention of any and every football analyst. His size combined with his ability to play both the run and pass well makes Collins one of the most enticing prospects in this year’s draft. Is it too good to be true? Some factors say so, but only time will tell on the blue-chip prospect out of Tulsa.
