Aron Baynes exited his team’s matchup versus the Phoenix Suns tonight with what turned out to be a fractured hand, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

The injury took place at around the 10:30 mark in the first quarter, while battling for a board with Phoenix’s Deandre Ayton.

Already sidelined for Boston in the game was Al Horford, Marcus Morris, and Guerschon Yabusele. Horford and Morris are both out with soreness, so they should be available in the upcoming contests.

In contrast, Yabusele and Baynes are expected to miss an extended amount of time.

During his second season with the Celtics, Baynes has averaged 5.5 points and 4.4 rebounds over 14.8 minutes of playing time.
