A Recap Of All The Trades From 2020 NFL Trade Deadline

 The NFL trade deadline is normally a very jam-packed and long, full of superstar trades. In 2020,the year of uncertainty, that was was not the case. The majority of the trades were done before the deadline. Below is a look at most of the trades that went down over the course of trade deadline week in order:

Deadline Week

The New York Jets kicked off the 2020 trade deadline with a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Jets traded nose tackle Steve McLendon to the Bucs for a 2021 sixth-round pick but packaged a 2023 seventh-rounder with McClendon. 

The New York Jets also made the second trade of the week sending linebacker Jordan Willis and a 2021 seventh-round pick to the San Francisco 49ers in return for a 2022 sixth-round pick.

The next trade was from the Minnesota Vikings who sent defensive and Yannick Ngakoue to the Baltimore Ravens after just acquired him this offseason from the Jaguars. The Vikings netted themselves a 2021 third-round pick and a 2022 fifth-round pick. 

The New York Giants traded linebacker Markus Golden to the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for a 2021 sixth-round pick.

The Dallas Cowboys traded away defensive end Everson Griffen to the Lions for a sixth-round pick. 

The Cincinnati Bengals traded away disgruntled defensive end Carlos Dunlap to the Seattle Seahawks for a seventh-round pick and offensive lineman BJ Finney. 

The Jets made yet another trade sending linebacker Avery Williamson and a 2022 seventh-round pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 2022 fifth-round pick. 

The Houston Texans sent defensive tackle Eli Ankou to the Dallas Cowboys for a 2022 seventh-round pick.

The New Orleans Saints acquired linebacker Kwon Alexander from the San Francisco 49ers for a fifth-round pick and linebacker Kiko Alonso.

The Chargers traded away cornerback Desmond King to the Tennessee Titans for a sixth-round pick.

Deadline Day

The only two trades that went down on trade deadline day, were both involving the Miami Dolphins.

The Miami Dolphins traded away wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the New England Patriots for a 2022 seventh-round pick. 

Miami Dolphins acquired running back DeAndre Washington from the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for a 2021 sixth-round pick. The Dolphins also sent a seventh-round pick to Kansas City.
