Manchester City’s appeal of their two-year UEFA ban was successful as the Court of Arbitration (CAS) reversed a decision banning them from Champions League football.
Additionally, a €30 million fine was reduced to €10 million.

Manchester City was fighting to reverse they ban after they were found to have seriously misled European football’s governing body and broken financial fair play rules.
With this ruling, they will once again be part of Champions League next season after having secured a second-place finish during this season’s Premier League campaign.
City is also still competing in this season’s tournament and have a second leg tie to complete with Real Madrid on Aug. 7. City led 2-1 on aggregate with two away goals secured.
