Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar, who played five years for the Washington Redskins, and Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker, who was a first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, have been issued arrest warrants.

Baker faces four counts of armed robbery and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. Dunbar is facing four counts of armed robbery.

According to the Miramar Police Department, Dunbar and Baker were partying at a cookout in Miramar, Fla., on May 13 when an argument started and Baker pulled out a firearm. Cops say that both players started taking guests belongings, including a few very valuable watches. Baker then proceeded to direct another man at the cookout to shoot someone who had just arrived.

It is believed that the robbery was planned as there were several cars awaiting the two cornerbacks which picked them up and left shortly after the incident started.

The New York Giants released a statement saying, “We are aware of the situation. We have been in contact with Deandre. We have no further comment at this time.”

Baker, a young player with tons of potential, and Dunbar, a talented defensive back who was traded to the Seahawks this offseason, may not see the field again in the NFL.
