Tennessee Titans’ 2020 Schedule Announced

A road map of revenge has been revealed for a team that was one victory away from a Super Bowl appearance a season ago.

The Titans are scheduled to open the 2020 season on Monday Night Football on Sept. 14 when they travel to Denver to take on the Broncos. Former Titans lineman Jurrell Casey won’t have to wait long to go up against his former team.

The Titans host the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2 in their home opener at Nissan Stadium. They stay home to host Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3 before hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4 and Buffalo Bills in Week 5. Their homestand continues into Week 6 when they host the defending AFC South champions, the Houston Texans.

After the Week 7 bye, the Titans travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals and rookie quarterback Joe Burrow.

The Chicago Bears come to Tennessee for a Week 9 matchup.

Then, on a short week, the Titans host division opponent Indianapolis on Thursday Night Football.

In Week 11, the Titans travel to the place where they pulled off a miraculous upset in the AFC Divisional Round against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.

In Week 12, for the second time in three games, pits Tennessee against the Colts, this time in Indianapolis.

The Titans host Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns in Week 13 before they travel to Jacksonville in Week 14 to take on Gardner Minshew, Leonard Fournette, and the Jaguars for the second time.

The Detroit Lions make their way to Tennessee for a Week 15 matchup. This is followed by another NFC North battle against the Packers at Lambeau Field.

Finally, just like a season ago, the Titans head to Houston in Week 17 to close out the regular season. Will Derrick Henry once again lock up the NFL rushing title against the same divisional rival?

With the way the schedule looks, if the team plays the way it did for the second half of last season, they could have even greater success.
