The 2019 is just a few weeks away. The Eagles are in a good place, thanks to some key free agency signings. What will they do in the draft?
The Philadelphia Eagles are in a good position heading in to the draft this year. With three picks in the top 60, Philadelphia can add a lot of young talent to the roster. Here where the Eagles will pick in the 2019 draft:

- Fourth Round, Pick 127
- Fourth Round, Pick 138

Always Aggressive
General Manager Howie Roseman has always been willing to be aggressive come draft time. However, this year he may not have to be.
Roseman shored up the roster with quality free agent signings, including DeSean Jackson and Jordan Howard. The Eagles find themselves in an enviable position: being able to take the best player available at pick number 25.
Win-Now Mode
The Eagles are clearly in win-now mode. Roseman is banking on the compensatory pick formula to add extra selections to the 2020 draft, giving this year’s draft more flexibility.
Will Roseman decide to trade up to get a stud defensive end? In 2016, Roseman made several moves to move up to the second overall pick. Philadelphia used that pick to land franchise quarterback Carson Wentz, setting the stage for the 2017-18 Super Bowl Championship.
With a majority of key pieces in place, and signed through multiple seasons, the Eagles will be aggressive this draft season.

Summary
The Eagles already have a dominant interior defensive lineman in Fletcher Cox. By trading up to acquire Oliver, Cox will see less double teams. This plays right into defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz’s scheme: keeping pressure on the QB with only four rushers. In short, whatever Roseman decides to do, the Eagles will be in an excellent position contend for another Super Bowl title in 2019.
