The LSU product was the 14th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Rams when they were still in St. Louis.
The 29-year-old compiled 23 sacks through his seven seasons with the Rams, with whom he played 123 games. For the last six of those seasons, he played alongside arguably the best defensive lineman in the NFL in Aaron Donald.
The Brockers deal comes just one day after the Ravens acquired veteran defensive end Calais Campbell from the Jacksonville Jaguars for a fifth-round pick in the upcoming draft in a somewhat surprising move.
The Ravens are looking to continue their trend of having a defense among the top in the league.
