Koyack, 26, was drafted in the seventh-round by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015 and is by far the most experienced of the trio.
In his career in Jacksonville, the Notre Dame alum recorded 24 receptions for 199 yards and a score.
Holmes, 28, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders in 2015. The Purdue alum has bounced around the league since entering with stints in Seattle, Baltimore, Arizona, and Indianapolis.
His run with the Cardinals remains his most successful as he appeared in eight games starting four.
Tomlinson, 27, was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2015 out of the University of Texas at El Paso.
Like Holmes, Tomlinson has bounced around the league spending time with the Houston Texans, New York Jets, and most recently the New York Giants.
The UTEP alum was waived by the Giants on Sept 24.
This is the last week of Benjamin Watson’s suspension as he is set to return for Week 5 against the Washington Redskins.
The Super Bowl champions have Matt LaCosse and Ryan Izzo as their only active tight ends on their roster as of now.
