Rask Has Had Wild Start to the Season

It’s no secret that Tuukka Rask has had a wild start to the season. Between an innocent collision in practice that caused him a concussion and a crushing loss to the LA Kings with less than a second left in OT Rash, similarly to Torey Krug, has had a rocky start to the season.

After the shocking overtime loss with nine-tenths of a second left in the game, it was obvious Rask was as dumbfounded as to how as the rest of us. “I didn’t see that one coming,” Rask admitted with a small laugh.

“You always try to prepare for every single scenario that might happen. But it just happened so quickly, I had no time to pick that puck up. Before I noticed, it was in the back of the net,

“You hope that [Pastrnak] is going to tie the faceoff. It was a great centerman against him, and he [Anze Kopitar] made us pay.”
