NFL, Rams, Week 9 Best Bets, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp

The NFL gifted us with a thrilling matchup between the Dolphins and Chiefs in London, setting the stage for another great day of football. Even as bye weeks and injuries take their toll on the NFL, the on-field product remains as exciting as ever.

In addition to its entertainment value, a full slate of NFL games can give fans a chance to place bets and win big money. Let’s explore three bets that caught our attention in the early afternoon.

Best Bet No. 1: Mack Hollins OVER 1.5 Receptions (+110)

It looks like Vegas is just giving away free money today. Hollins has exceeded 1.5 receptions in three of his last four games, and that was when Drake London was healthy. London will be inactive on Sunday, leading to several vacated targets for the likes of Hollins, Khadarel Hodge, and Kyle Pitts to claim. The 30-year-old was a key contributor for the Raiders last season, which proves that he is still capable of handling a larger role. Look for him to turn heads as the Falcons face a Vikings team that is on the decline.

Best Bet No. 2: Jalen Reagor UNDER 19.5 Receiving Yards (-125)

The vast majority of NFL fans might not even know what team Reagor currently plays on. The oddsmakers, however, certainly knew, and they seemed to overreact after Kendrick Bourne tore his ACL, bumping up the lines on Patriots receivers like Reagor and JuJu Smith-Schuster. However, Reagor, who has spent much of this season on the practice squad, isn’t going to be the immediate replacement for Bourne. New England has several mouths to feed on offense, and Smith-Schuster, DeVante Parker, Demario Douglas, Tyquan Thornton, Hunter Henry, Mike Gesicki, and Rhamondre Stevenson are all capable of handling more volume than Reagor. Take the “under” here.

Best Bet No. 3: Los Angeles Rams Moneyline (+160)

If the line more heavily favored the Rams, this is a game I would want to avoid entirely. However, given how poor the Packers have played lately, I’m willing to take the risk and bet on Los Angeles at plus money. Sure, Brett Rypien is starting over Matthew Stafford (thumb), but this team can still compete with a bevy of playmakers on both offense and defense. Plus, you should never doubt Sean McVay. With a chance to more than double your money, take the Rams.

Gates Top NFL Team From Week 11 (2024)

Week 11 in the NFL brought more chaos, with at least five games on Sunday being decided by a single score. Notably, the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts won their games by just one point. As a result of their performance, the Buffalo Bills have earned the title of our NFL Team of the Week for the second time this season, having previously received this honor in Week 8.
