Best Bet No. 1: Chris Olave Over 56.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

How does a little trip to the “Olave Garden” sound this evening, football fans? It certainly hasn’t taken long for the 22-year-old rookie to establish himself as the alpha presence in New Orleans and the team’s most talented receiver. In addition, the former Ohio State man is in serious contention to bring home Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2022. From a statistical standpoint, Olave leads the league in deep targets (25) and ranks third-best in football with a 40.7 percent air-yard share and three touchdowns. From a sheer volume perspective, Olave should attract the majority of the targets on offense against the Bucs as his offensive pedigree continues to flourish. Personally, I think he exceeds his prop of 56.5 receiving yards this evening, and then some. Ride with the over.

Best Bet No. 2: Same-Game Parlay (+264)

  • Under 40.5 Total Points
  • Saints +3.5

Parlays are always tricky business, especially in the NFL. However, I really like both of these plays and thought I’d have a little bit of fun with each of them. Let’s start with the line, which is set at 40.5.

For starters, I anticipate a low-scoring affair in Tampa where both teams will rely heavily on their defenses to see this one home. Surprisingly, both defensive cores have played very well this year given how inconsistent each team has been in 2022. Nothing has come easy this season for both Brady and his Bucs, and tonight will be no different against a Saints team that has won six of the past seven meetings head-to-head. Look for a tightly contested game that may even come down to the final possession. I’m taking the under.

Next up is the Saints at +3.5. As previously mentioned, there’s something about this matchup that just gets the best out of New Orleans for whatever reasons, especially recently. Factor in the injuries which continue to mount on Tampa’s offensive line, and you have all the makings of a really close game. It may not be pretty at times, but this may be one of those “grind ’em out” football games. When all is said and done, I believe the Bucs will prevail victorious, but I’m taking the Saints at +3.5.

Enjoy the game, football fans!

Gates Top NFL Team From Week 11 (2024)

Week 11 in the NFL brought more chaos, with at least five games on Sunday being decided by a single score. Notably, the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts won their games by just one point. As a result of their performance, the Buffalo Bills have earned the title of our NFL Team of the Week for the second time this season, having previously received this honor in Week 8.
