The 2022 NFL free agent offensive line class has solid players set to be available across the front. Most of the players who made the list here play along the interior of the line. The one surprising move at the franchise tag deadline was Cam Robinson getting assigned the tag for the second year in a row from the Jacksonville Jaguars. On the other hand, the Kansas City Chiefs were expected to place the tag on Orlando Brown. The three honorable mentions all play guard in Brandon Scherff, Andrew Norwell, and Connor Williams. Let’s get into the top 10 offensive linemen set to hit the market.

Be sure to check out all of our NFL coverage.

10. Brian Allen, Los Angeles Rams

In his fourth season, Allen put together a career year helping the Rams win the Super Bowl. He started all 16 games he played in. Allen attained a lot of success as a pass blocker. Overall, he graded out very well on the year. He has spent all four years of his career in Sean McVay’s zone running scheme. Allen will be turning 27 in October and should have a market from teams looking for a center.

9. Austin Corbett, Los Angeles Rams

Another Ram coming off his best season in year four. Corbett has always had the talent and athletic ability to be a successful guard. Over the last two years, he started all 33 games the Rams played. He has had success as both a pass and run blocker. Corbett will be turning 27 in September. He will be one of the top right guards set to be available on the free-agent market. Corbett will have multiple teams interested in him.

8. Duane Brown, Seattle Seahawks

Even though he will be turning 37 in August and heading into year 15, Brown is still a capable left tackle. He did not miss a game the last two years. His amount of sacks allowed last year was a bit high. Still, Brown brings a credible reputation and could likely give a team help in 2022. In terms of tackles specifically set to hit the market, Brown is one of the top players projected to be available.

7. Bradley Bozeman, Baltimore Ravens

Bozeman had a great 2021 season. He kept mistakes at a minimum with the number of sacks allowed and penalties committed. Bozeman will bring great durability to whoever signs him. Over the last three years, he only missed one start. At the center position on the free-agent market, Bozeman may be the top candidate for several teams looking for an upgrade at the position. He will turn 28 in November and should build on what he did last year.

6. Joseph Noteboom, Los Angeles Rams

The third Super Bowl champion from the Rams on the list. Noteboom looks to be one of the more fascinating players this free agency. He will turn 27 in June as he enters year five of his career. He does only have 17 career starts, with 15 of them coming in 2019 and 2020. Noteboom does have experience at multiple positions and offers tackle and guard flexibility to the team that signs him. Noteboom is an under-the-radar free agent who should draw significant interest.

5. Alex Cappa, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The first of two successful interior linemen from the Buccaneers on the list. Cappa just put together his best season in 2021. He just turned 27 in January. Cappa has 45 career starts, all of which came over the last three seasons. Over the last two seasons, he did not miss a snap. Cappa is also a disciplined player who keeps his penalty amount low. He is a veteran right guard who will have a number of teams wanting to acquire him.

4. Laken Tomlinson, San Francisco 49ers

The former first-round pick put together a career year in his seventh season. Tomlinson will generate interest from many teams looking for a guard which will make it tough for the 49ers to keep him. Tomlinson has 104 career starts and has not missed one since 2017. Over the last three years, he did not miss a snap for the 49ers. As a pass blocker, Tomlinson allows very few sacks. He just turned 30 years old and should have a few more great years left in him.

3. Ryan Jensen, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jensen is arguably the best center set to be a free agent. He will be turning 31 years old in May and entering year 10. His first five years he spent with the Ravens, the last four with the Buccaneers. Jensen is a physical, tough football player who will bring a competitive mindset to the offensive line. Since 2017, Jensen has not missed a start. As a pass blocker, Jensen does not allow too many sacks. Jensen is a great player who will have a few teams strongly pursuing him.

2. James Daniels, Chicago Bears

Daniels is an intriguing free agent. He will only turn 25 years old in September and just had a great year, the best of his young career. He has 48 starts through the four years of his career. Daniels is a tremendous athlete who can fit a zone blocking scheme well. He has been successful as a run blocker. In the passing game, he can still be even better. With his young age, he should continue to improve. Daniels will be highly sought out by many teams.

1. Terron Armstead, New Orleans Saints

After nine great years with the Saints, Armstead looks to be starting with a new team. He is still one of the better left tackles in the NFL. Armstead has 93 career starts. He has been a three-time Pro Bowler. As a pass blocker, Armstead is sound. Overall, he does not commit many mistakes, nor is he beat often. What will be important for him is availability. If he is on the field, Armstead will be a huge addition to whoever signs him.
