MLB: Atlanta Braves -1.5 (+110) vs. New York Mets, 7:30 p.m. EDT

In his last two starts, Atlanta starter Charlie Morton (7-3, 3.68 ERA) has not allowed a run while striking out 18 batters in 14 innings. His WHIP is a miniscule 0.41 over that period in two shutouts, both of which he hurled at least seven innings. Rumors of Morton’s baseball demise have been greatly exaggerated, as he has now picked up five wins in his last six starts and looks every bit the ace that Atlanta needed. The Mets (4-6 in their last 10) send fill-in Tylor Megill to the mound against the Braves, who do not boast an explosive lineup, but have veteran bats that will back Morton in this one. Easy-peasy,

Book it: Atlanta Braves -1.5 runs (+110)

NBA: Milwaukee Bucks -7 (-110) at Atlanta Hawks, 8:30 p.m. EDT, TNT

Game 3 came down to the wire, with Khris Middleton taking the reins and raining three-balls like it was his job to close it out. Game 4 will not have the game script as Giannis Antetokounmpo will not allow it to be so close. The Hawks are plenty fun to watch, but expecting Trae Young to continue draining buckets is unrealistic. The Hawks 1Q line of +2 is a huge freebie at home, and should be jumped on. However, Milwaukee runs away with the game amidst a crummy shooting performance by Young in the only opportunity Atlanta will have to flip the script of the semifinals.

Book it: Bucks -7 (-110), Hawks 1Q +2 (-115)

MLB: Colorado Rockies -1.5 (-115) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates, 8:40 p.m. EDT

Candy from a baby right here. The total is tempting, as 11 runs is a lot for an MLB line between two teams that often have trouble scoring. That said, when they break out, they break out, and the Rockies are far better at home. They welcome in a Pirates crew that is arguably the worst team in Major League Baseball and have won just 6 games in their last 20. Chase De Jong toes the rubber at Coors as the Pirates’ veritable sacrificial lamb, coming in rocking a 6.40 ERA. Colorado just hits different at home, and you can expect Trevor Story and C.J. Cron to put this bad boy to bed early. If you take just one bet of my four, this is the one.

Book it: (2 units) Rockies -1.5 runs (-115)
