A great weekend has set us up for an even better Elite Eight slate. We have some great matchups and the lines are looking very promising for day one. Lets keep this momentum going and have a great start to the new week.

Best Bets:

Oregon State (+7.5) vs. Houston

At this point, you would be foolish to not ride the Beavers for the rest of their season. They have won six games in a row and have covered in all six. They are winning games with their great defense. In the tournament, their opponents are shooting 20 percent from three-point range. Not only that, they are shooting over 40 percent from deep themselves.

Houston is also playing a suffocating defense in this tournament but they are lucky to still be playing. The Cougars should win this game, but Oregon State is the hottest team in the country right now and we are going to ride them to the end.

Arkansas vs. Baylor (-7)

Baylor and Arkansas have two of the better offenses in the country. Baylor is scoring 122 points per 100 possessions and has shown to be very good defensively.

While Arkansas has one of the better defenses in the country, Baylor leads the nation in three-point percentage and plays a very fast, overwhelming game. This will be a close game for 35 minutes, but at some point, late-game free throws and Baylor’s talent will take over.

Other Bets:

Oregon State vs. Houston O/129

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Boston Celtics (-4)

Sacramento Kings vs. San Antonio Spurs (-2.5)

Detroit Pistons ML (+190) vs. Toronto Raptors
