It feels like Thursday night is the official start of the weekend when it comes to gambling. The true weekend is upon us, but Week 11 in the NFL begins today. The board is looking great tonight and we all could use some extra money as the holidays are rapidly approaching.
2020 Record: 57-56

NFL Best Spread: Cardinals +3
Here is a fun fact for you: Arizona is 5-0 ATS in its last five games in Seattle. They are also 5-1 ATS overall in their last six matchups with the Seahawks. This may be one of the better Thursday night matchups we have had in a while. The Cardinals (specifically Kyler Murray) have really kicked open the door in the NFC West. Seattle’s defense has been horrible, and even Jamal Adams‘ return to the lineup cannot keep the Cardinals from taking over this division. The emotion from last week’s last-second victory will propel the Cardinals over the Seahawks tonight.
CFB Best Spread: Tulsa -6
We only have one game in each league so we are certainly limited in our picks on Thursday, but we march on. In their last seven matchups with Tulane at home, Tulsa is 6-1 ATS. Tulane features one of the more efficient running games in the country but will need to attack a somewhat lackluster Tulsa secondary in order to win.
Even with the Green Wave’s rushing attack (which is averaging nearly six yards per carry), the front seven of Tulsa will eliminate Tulane’s greatest strength. At the end of the day, trust the Golden Hurricane’s secondary to step up and piggyback off their front seven to shut down Tulane.
Best Point Total: Cardinals vs. Seahawks U/57.5
According to the Action Network, the point total tonight is the second-highest recorded on Thursday night Football, just behind the 61 for Atlanta and New Orleans in 2018). It is unreasonable to assume that just because these two teams can score means they will. While the trends indicate that the over is the play, it’s just too high of a number.
