Corrigan’s Gambling Corner: College Football Week 10

Corrigan's Gambling Corner: College Football

It’s that time of the week again. It’s time to make money on some football. This week is extra special, as we are welcoming back the Pac-12 (kind of). Outside of that, we got two great matchups today.

2020 Record: 38-37

Michigan vs. Indiana (+3.5)

It turns out, Michigan’s win against Minnesota was not very impressive. It also turns out, they are not as good as we thought they were. That loss to Michigan State could be the final strike for the Jim Harbaugh era. Indiana proved to everyone that they are able to hang with the big dogs. This is the ultimate test for both teams, and this is finally time for Indiana to take that next step.

Florida vs. Georgia (-3)

Here is the thing with these two teams. Both teams are much better on one side of the ball than the other. Georgia is great at defense and Florida is great on offense. The only difference is that Georgia has a passable offense and Florida’s defense is horrendous. If Stetson Bennett is able to play at his highest level, Georgia should win this game easily. Florida is a great team, but Georgia is elite.

Kansas vs. Oklahoma (-38)

Oklahoma is starting to peak offensively and Kansas is really bad. That’s all that needs to be said.

Texas A&M (-10) vs. South Carolina

Texas A&M is primed to go on a very hot stretch to end the season. If everything falls in line, they may be able to squeak into the playoffs. Kellen Mond will be a big part of their success. He has been great all year, and he will continue that against South Carolina.

Clemson vs. Notre Dame (+6)

If Clemson has a first half like they had against Boston College against this Notre Dame team, they will be in big trouble. Usually, Clemson would be able to rely on Trevor Lawrence to get them out of any jam, but they will need to rely on D.J. Uiagalelei which is going to be tough since this will be his first real test in College Football. It’s easier to trust Notre Dame’s defense more than any side of the ball for Clemson.
