Join us as we explore something unique in every NBA team’s 2025-26 schedule.
These scenarios give basketball fans something to think about or even talk about.
This time around, we are going to focus on teams housed in the Central Division to see what stands out.
Chicago Bulls
This coming February, the Bulls will get to relax a lot. How? Well, the team will have a seven-game homestand right after All-Star Weekend. All in all, the team will have around 20 days where they won’t even have to leave Chicago… unless they plan to vacation somewhere outside the Windy City during the break.

Detroit Pistons
The Pistons better look for their passports. Six games into the season, they will be “hosting” a game in Mexico where the team gets to face the Dallas Mavericks. Last time they played in Mexico was back in December of 2019. This trip, of course, should bring some sort of camaraderie in the early parts of the season.
Cleveland Cavaliers
Busy holidays for the coaching staff and all the players. The team will be playing on Halloween Day, Christmas Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and Easter Sunday. They will also have to play a game on New Year’s Eve, which is almost like a holiday when you think about it.

Indiana Pacers
Early goodbye to the Golden State Warriors? In the first 10 games of their season, the Pacers will be playing the Warriors twice. That means their season series will be over right away. Next time they’ll see each other will be next season, unless both teams make it to the NBA Finals.
Milwaukee Bucks
From March 7 to 29, the Bucks will be playing a few teams twice. They have two matchups each against the Los Angeles Clippers, Phoenix Suns, and the Utah Jazz in three weeks. Coaches better be careful because “game plans” for those three teams could easily get mixed up.
