Prince Fielder provided the baseball world with monster home runs, a great personality, and perhaps one of the saddest retirement press conferences in recent history. The player between the lines was more than just home runs, however.
In an August 2019 interview, wide receiver coach Brian Hartline echoed, “Garrett Wilson is not even close to scratching the surface [of his potential]”. At the time, Wilson would be a true freshman who showed flashes of potential and playmaking. His polished game should let him hit the ground running in the NFL.
After going 8-9 this season, the Minnesota Vikings have finished with a losing record for the second year in a row. After missing the playoffs, the Vikings made drastic changes this week.
Wednesday was the first of a two-game home-and-home series for the Miami Heat and Atlanta Hawks. Nothing was easy for the Hawks on the offensive end as they fell 115-91. With the win, Miami improves to 26-15 for the season.
2021 was not the year Baltimore Ravens’ fans anticipated for a myriad of reasons. They missed the postseason for the first time since drafting Lamar Jackson, going 8-9 for fourth in the AFC North.
