Creighton vs. Gonzaga (-13.5)
It is no secret to why Gonzaga was the number one overall seed in this tournament, they are just flat-out dominating opponents. While their record against the spread is not impressive, that is because the spread is always set very high.
The ‘Zags can beat you multiple ways with different people. While Creighton has been able to do the same thing, they are clearly the inferior opponent in this game. Gonzaga should win pretty easily.
Florida State vs. Michigan (-2)
Florida State is one of only three teams to be in the top-10 in both offense and defense, but Michigan is one of the other teams. Not only that, they have been a wagon ATS. With an 18-8 ATS record, they have been a safe bet most of the year.
This game should be an absolute war. Both teams score in the high-70s and defend well. This game will come down to the last few minutes and probably a battle of free throws. If that is the case, Michigan is the safe bet.
UCLA vs. Alabama (-6)
Alabama leads the nation in three-pointers attempted (961) and made (341). They are also 5-2 ATS in their last seven contests.
While the Bruins are also on a bit of a good stretch against the spread, their pace-of-play might be against them in this game. While Alabama’s pace allows them to rarely turn over the ball, they rank second in adjusted defense. If Alabama can just play their game, they will win pretty easily.
