Scorigami is one of football’s greatest nuances. Created by Jon Bois, Scorigami describes “the art of building final scores that have never happened before in NFL history,” according to its host website.

Here, we’ll track every instance of Scorigami throughout the 2021 NFL season.

Week 18

Dallas Cowboys 51, Philadelphia Eagles 26

With both teams having already secured a playoff spot, this game felt like a preseason affair given how many depth players were utilized throughout the contest. Specifically, Quez Watkins, Tyree Jackson, Cedric Wilson, Kenneth Gainwell, and Corey Clement combined for 392 scrimmage yards and six total touchdowns. In fact, Dak Prescott (295 yards and five touchdowns) and Dalton Schultz (21 yards and two touchdowns) were the only starters who truly achieved expectations. This was the 1,072nd unique score combo in NFL history.

Kansas City Chiefs 48, Las Vegas Raiders 9

Prior to this game, the Raiders convened on the Chiefs’ logo, clearly feeling pretty good against themselves. 60 minutes later, they were surely in a different mood. Kansas City running back Derrick Gore totaled 89 yards and a touchdown while Clyde Edwards-Helaire added two scores of his own. On the other side, Derek Carr did complete 33 passes for 263 yards and a touchdown, but he also finished with a pick and four sacks. The Chiefs’ defense finished with four fumble recoveries, four sacks, one interception, and one touchdown when all was said and done. This was the 1,071st unique score combo in NFL history.

Week 11

Indianapolis Colts 41, Buffalo Bills 15

The Colts stormed into Buffalo and upset the Bills in Week 11. The victory was fueled by a massive game from Jonathan Taylor in which he totaled over 200 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns. On the other side, this was Buffalo’s second loss over the last three games, causing them to fall out of first place in the AFC East. This was the 1,070th unique score combo in NFL history.

Indianapolis Colts 45, New York Jets 30

This Thursday night battle was an interesting one. Already without Zach Wilson, the Jets deployed Mike White under center. However, his injury forced New York to turn to journeyman Josh Johnson, who ended up throwing for 317 yards, three touchdowns, and a pick. However, this game was still largely under the control of the Colts and Jonathan Taylor, who racked up 200 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, Carson Wentz struck for three scores along the way. This was the 1,069th unique score combo in NFL history.

Arizona Cardinals 31, Houston Texans 5

Outside of a safety, the Texans couldn’t get much going in this one, falling to J.J. Watt, DeAndre Hopkins, and the Cardinals. In his first game with Arizona, veteran tight end Zach Ertz hauled in three passes for 66 yards and a score. Kyler Murray completed 20 passes for 261 yards, three touchdowns, and a pick while rookie Davis Mills totaled just 135 yards, zero touchdowns, zero interceptions, and a lost fumble. This was the 1,068th unique score combo in NFL history.

Los Angeles Rams 38, New York Giants 11

The Rams decimated the Giants to combine for the 1,067th unique score in NFL history. Darrell Henderson logged 107 scrimmage yards and two total touchdowns while Cooper Kupp added 130 receiving yards and a pair of scores of his own. In addition to a 28-point second quarter for Los Angeles, one of the main storylines coming out of this game was Daniel Jones, who threw three interceptions and fumbled once. This was the 1,067th unique score combo in NFL history.
