Duke is back in action today after some time off but before you watch it, here’s what happened in the biggest games last night and who Villanova will look to beat tonight.

Welcome to today’s Daily Dunk where we recap all of college basketball’s biggest games from yesterday and give you a look at the matchups to watch later today!

Great news: Florida’s Keyontae Johnson is breathing on his own and even FaceTimed his teammates yesterday after collapsing on the court in their loss to Florida State on Saturday.

Yesterday’s Biggest Games

#24 Clemson 60 vs. Virginia Tech 66

Clemson was able to sneak into the top 25 this week, but it looks like their stay will be short-lived. The Hokies were ranked but fell out after their upset loss to Penn State.

They might find their way right back into the AP Poll after last night’s win. Tyrece Radford led his team in scoring with 15 points and Nahiem Alleyne dropped 13 points in 29 minutes.

Both teams are now 5-1 after Tuesday’s game and Virginia Tech faces Coppin State on Saturday.

Minnesota 55 vs. #13 Illinois 92

The Fighting Illini have already beaten Duke this year and they added the Gophers to their list of victories yesterday in blowout fashion. Minnesota actually held Ayo Dosunmu to just ten points but failed to contain one of his teammates. Kofi Cockburn dropped 33 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in just 25 minutes of action.

Illinois improved to 5-2 and will play #19 Rutgers this weekend.
