We are now at the halfway point of the NFL season. In just a couple of months, 14 teams will be playing in a fight for the Lombardi Trophy while the other 18 look ahead to the offseason. The holes of every team are getting more evident as the weeks move along and teams will be looking at the draft to build their team.
The Cleveland Indians finished the 2020 season with a 35-25 record, which was good for second in the AL Central. They secured the 4th seed in the American League playoffs but were promptly swept in the Covid-19 wild-card format by the New York Yankees.
When people think of the Toronto Maple Leafs, a few things come to mind. The club carries a rich and storied history in the center of the hockey universe-Toronto. They also possess the likes of elite-level players such as Auston Matthews, John Tavares, William Nylander, and Mitch Marner, to name a few. Heading into the 2020-21 campaign, the Leafs’ defensive corps will have a new and improved outlook, spearheaded by the likes of newcomers T.J. Brodie, and Zach Bogosian.
