The New England Patriots have had several great coaches in their history. Here are the top three of all time.
No. 3: Raymond Berry
Raymond Berry coached the Patriots for six years and had a great record over the 87 games he coached, going 48-39. Not only that, but he also led the Patriots to five playoff games. In addition, Berry was in charge of the 1985 AFC champion team.
No. 2: Bill Parcells
Bill Parcells coached the Patriots for four years and finished with a record of 32-32. He took the team to four playoff games, in which they went 2-2. On top of that, Parcells also guided the Patriots an AFC Championship in 1996.
No. 1: Bill Belichick
Bill Belichick has been coaching the Patriots for 20 years, compiling a record of 237-83. He’s 31-11 in the playoffs and a six-time Super Bowl champion, 10-time AFC champion, and AP Coach of the Year winner in 2003, 2007, and 2010. Belichick is usually recognized as the greatest NFL head coach of all time, so he was the only one who could top this list.
