Manchester United’s closing games in this season’s Premier League have been quite disappointing and frustrating. The Red Devils are desperately trying to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League. Slow starts and mediocre play are the reasons for Man U’s struggles to seal the deal.
Despite the disappointment and shortcomings, the Red Devils still have a shot at achieving their goal. They have one more game in Premier League play: a match against Leicester City on the road. This match is likely to be the decider of who will finish in the top four and secure a spot in next season’s Champions League.
At this point, the Red Devils are very lucky. It would be catastrophic if they were to fail. With all the talent on the Man U squad, it would be an absolute embarrassment for the Red Devils to finish out of the top four for the consecutive year. There’s no more room for error.

The Red Devils have been going through very difficult times going back to last season from injuries to mediocrity to overall disappointment. They are looking for a way to spark hope and momentum regarding their future.
Manchester United hasn’t won a Premier League title since the 2012-2013 season. Their last Champions League title win was in 2008. In addition, their last major title win was in 2017 when they won the Europa League title. They haven’t won any titles whatsoever since 2017.
Overall, the Red Devils just haven’t been the same past the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson. Since the exit of their longtime manager, the club has struggled to regain its groove and return to its successive form.
This Sunday, Manchester United’s future will be decided.
But will it be a bright future or not. That’s up to the team.
