However, once the draft starts and the picks start rolling, everyone will forget about how the draft is being done remotely and focus on who is being picked and what team is trading up. Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the article that will get every fanbase grabbing their pitchforks and torches and chasing me out of the country. It’s time for my final mock draft of the year. This will be a seven-round mock draft with some trades. Just to clarify, I did not make moves in rounds three and on because on day two and three of the draft, so many teams make minor moves that I did not include. There aren’t many organizations in the NHL who are as set up for success as the Tampa Bay Lightning are for right now and the future. The Bolts have a core locked up for the next few seasons that are as talented as any other in the league. Nikita Kucherov, Steven Stamkos, Brayden Point, Victor Hedman, Ryan McDonagh, and Andrei Vasilevskiy lead the way for this Ulta-talented group. Although core players are signed to multi-year deals, there are a few other pieces who might sign elsewhere due to salary cap restraints. Anaheim, California. Although certainly not a traditional hockey hot-bed, Lord Stanley was raised here during the 2006-07 season. Fast forward nearly 14 seasons later, and that Ducks team without question looks much different. That so-called “Death Valley”, California road trip, has a whole new persona behind it with the drop in the play of the San Jose Sharks, Los Angeles Kings, and Anaheim Ducks.

Los Angeles Rams Post Free Agency Seven Round Mock Draft

Well, the Los Angeles Rams offseason started out rather uneventful. Then, they decided to make some splashes, including a somewhat surprising decision to release running back Todd Gurley before he ever played a down of football under his contract extension. Clay Matthews was also cut. Cory Littleton and Dante Fowler Jr. are the two big names that walked in free agency. With Littleton, Fowler, and Matthews all gone, that opens a big gap in the linebacker core, both inside and outside. They did, however, address the defensive line a little, by bringing back Michael Brockers and signing A’Shawn Robinson. The latest move was trading Brandin Cooks and a future fourth-round pick to the Houston Texans for a second-round pick this year.
