New York Jets impending free agent wide receiver Robby Anderson has Tom Brady in his head. Anderson has said that he has dreamed about playing with Tom Brady.
“I just had a dream last night that we were on the same team,” he said on SportsCenter on Wednesday. “No lie. It’s so crazy.”
Anderson said that he didn’t know what team he and Brady were playing on.
“The crazy thing is, I didn’t see the team,” he said. “I didn’t see the actual colors of the jersey, but we were literally on the same practice field at practice together.”
He added that it would be a dream come true if he played with Brady. Anderson added in a tweet that the dream sequence about Brady might have occurred at the Pro Bowl.

Anderson is the best receiver the Jets have. He has good chemistry with quarterback Sam Darnold and has speed. Last year, he had 52 catches for 779 yards and five touchdowns. He is a free agent for the first time and wants a deal that averages $12 to $15 million per year. What’s surprising about this is that Anderson has said that he wanted to be with the Jets.
“I truly do want to be back with the Jets,” he said. “I love Sam [Darnold]. I love my teammates, Jamal [Adams] and all those guys. I feel like there’s unfinished business there that I’ve been trying to get done since I got there. I would hope to finish out the mission, all in all, but it’s a business.”
Brady is also a free agent for the first time. We don’t know if Brady will stay with the New England Patriots or go somewhere else. We do know that he won’t be going to the Jets, though. Thus, if Anderson really wants to play with Brady, he’ll have to go wherever Brady goes.
