After last season, the Milwaukee Bucks have certainly established themselves as the beasts of the east. The Bucks were the top seed in the east and fell two games short of the Finals, so they decided this off-season to try and add depth to fuel another run at the Finals.

The Off-season

After coming off of a disappointing post-season run, the Bucks knew that they needed to add more depth surrounding there MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. Milwaukee brought back Khris Middleton but they did lose Malcolm Brogdon to the Indiana Pacers. From there they added shooting guards Wesley Mathews and Kyle Korver, big-man Robin Lopez, and Thanasis Antetokuompo.

Three-Point assassins

To utilize Antetokounmpo’s abilities to their full potential you have to surround him with three-point shooting, and that’s exactly what the front office did this summer. Pat Connaughton is already deadly from long-range, Wesley Matthews shoots 36 percent from long range and averaged 12.2 points per game last season. Kyle Korver is another nice piece that Milwaukee added is great from long range. Korver shot 38.4 percent from three and averaged eight points per game last season.

Bucks Bench Mob

With Korver and Matthews being a one two punch off of the bench, the Bucks will be a force.  Lopez can be used set screens and pin downs to open up corner threes for wing players.

The Milwaukee Bucks have made themselves a better team this off-season. Korver is definitely is a legitimate threat to the opposition. Korver can slice open up defenses so Antetokounmpo can impose his will on their opponents. The Bucks should be a fun team to watch in 2019-2020.
