Rozier, Larkin Miss Practice Monday

Guards Terry Rozier and Shane Larkin both missed practice for the Boston Celtics Monday.

Larkin was discharged from the hospital Monday after recovering from the flu, but he is out for tomorrow’s matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Rozier sat out with a tweaked right ankle that happened after a fall in the Celtics’ game against the Toronto Raptors. He has been listed as questionable, despite his certainty that he will be available to play.

“I’m fine. I iced it a lot yesterday, I feel good,” Rozier said.

If the University of Louisville product is unavailable, however, this will leave the Celtics without Kyrie Irving, Marcus Smart, Terry Rozier, Shane Larkin, and more. Rozier has stepped up massively in the absence of five-time All-Star Kyrie Irving and has been an important factor in keeping the Celtics afloat despite their health concerns.

With these newest additions to the injury report, it’s time for Brad Stevens to once again formulate a successful plan that will use whatever players he has available in the most efficient way.
